Embroidery is needle and thread stitching of names, logos and other designs. Images can be embroidered on shirts, caps, jackets, bags, towels and almost any other garment. Embroidery is generally priced by the size of the logo in stitches (or stitch count). That mean’s how many stitches it takes to reproduce your logo. Logos requiring more stitches take longer to sew, so the cost increases with the number of stitches. The cost also DECREASES as you order more garments. The number of colors in the design does NOT affect the price of embroidery as long as it is not an excessive amount.

Tampa T-Shirts Custom Embroidery Process

Embroidery is the process of stitching on a name, logo or any type of design onto a garment, cap, or bag. This process of decorating is usually used for polo shirts, dress shirts, caps, hat bands, and bags of all types. “Before we can embroider your logo on the items you selected, your logo must first be “digitized”. This is the process of creating a file that tells the embroidery machine exactly where the needle needs to go, how far ( creating a stitch ) and how many times( stitch count ). This is a service we provide in order to duplicate your logo/ embroidery. There is a one-time fee for this service. There is also a separate fee if you would like to purchase your digitized logo. Once we have your digitized logo on file we will save it for future orders.

While SCREENPRINTING is priced by the color of the shirt and the number of colors and locations, embroidery is based on the size of the logo based on stitch count (the number of times the needle goes up and down ) and the number of locations being embroidered.

Once we have your logo digitized we will provide you with a picture of the sew out for your approval. You can even come in and see it in person for final approval.

CAN I MIX SHIRT COLORS AND STYLES?
Yes, as long as the print or thread color on each item is exactly that same.

DO YOU SELL BLANK T SHIRTS OR POLOS?
No, we don’t sell blanks.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN SHIRTS?
Yes, but we have a minimum of 72 pieces.

WHAT IF I NEED A FEW MORE AFTER I PLACE MY INITIAL ORDER?
Each order must adhere to the embroidery minimums of 24 pieces.

CAN YOU PUT NAMES AND NUMBERS ON A SHIRT?
Yes, names are $6.00 EACH and numbers are $3.00 EACH.

CAN YOU EMBROIDER NAMES ON A SHIRT?
Yes, names are $6.00 embroidered EACH.

DO YOU HAVE PRINTED SHIRTS WE CAN BUY?
No, we do not sell pre-printed shirts or blank shirts.

DO YOU DO DIGITAL PRINTING?
We do not offer digital printing.

CAN YOU PRINT ONE SHIRT?
No, our minimum is 48 pieces for screen printing and 24 for embroidery.

CAN YOU PRINT FREE T SHIRTS FOR MY CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION, OR REDUCE THE COST TO ADD YOUR LOGO?
Call us to discuss. We often give charitable organizations a discount.

DO YOU SHIP FREE OR CAN YOU DELIVER MY SHIRTS?
We ship UPS and Fed Ex for a nominal charge, or you can pick up your shirts at our warehouse.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I DO NOT HAVE THE ART IN THE FORMAT YOU NEED?
We can change your art to the need format or create art for you. Art is $60/hour and we will always communicate with you if art time is needed.

We provide screen printing and embroidery for our apparel or apparel you supply. When purchasing items through our website there is a minimum order of 48 pieces, or if you want to supply the items we require a minimum of 144 pieces for screen printing. For embroidery, there is a minimum order of 24 pieces if purchased through our catalog or 48 pieces if you supply the apparel. Our goal is to complete your order as quickly and as accurately as possible, with screen-printed orders available within 5 to 10 days of the order.
